Marcy Hall is a Western Pennsylvania painter known for her whimsical interpretations of the world. Marcy's art studio is located inside the National Transit Art Studios in Oil City, Pennsylvania, alongside dozens of local artists who share this historic space. Marcy has sold paintings all over the world, and enjoys collaborating with writers, artists, and organizations. Marcy accepts inquiries for commissions of icons, animals, murals, and other projects.
